What I like least about Sage is that there is so much to learn. I had to take alot of training classes in order to just use what I would use for my everyday job. This system unfortunately not be for everyone. I'm a super fast learner but even this was difficult to use starting out and was really confusing. Also, the trainers weren't very good to me. I learned alot just trial and error onmy own- playing around with the system. There is still so much for me to learn as well and it seems as though the learning never ends. I also do not think I have access to the customer support, I believe just our leadership does. Which means I have to reach out to multiple people in order to get help with something. Sage is solving to get our grants in the system but I am still not using everything that is offered fully. I feel llike I still do not know everything yet, even though I have been using this for almost a year now, I believe. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

If I were to have one dislike of the system it is this, sometimes the user interface feels a little clunky. A lot of the people who use the product in our business need more of an easy-to-use interface. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We've used NetSuite to save time and money on payroll processing and bill payments. We've also gained greater visibility on who is spending what and when. We have established workflows that help us manage spending / signing authority limits and spending approvals. We've upgraded our PO processes to make them more streamlined and user friendly. The downside of using Gaggle is that students don't have that in-person support person on site to check in with if they are having challenges throughout the day. This is not a failure on the part of Gaggle but simply the facts of utilizing virtual support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Gaggle is solving the fact that we do not have counselors, social workers, or mental health providers in our small school district. Mental health resources are scarce in the county and many families work and are not able to take their child to an office for therapy during the day when offices are open. They don't have a native integration with one of our AP tools: the workaround is pretty straight forward with a CSV upload/download process that Rillet's engineering team customized for us, but I'm hoping they roll out a native integration at some point. There is not much I can say I dislike. I could nitpick at a few minor features, but it would be doing a disservice to the platform. However, if I had to select one improvement I wish would be made, it would be the ability to generate production order from the inventory replenishment screen. What I absolutely do not like is that through this platform the relationship with the parents is lost. it's too formal. We don't have emoticons, you can't reply to a message from the parent, but I have to rewrite another new message.

It also has errors when I post a longer message in the newsfeed and I want to press the "more" button and I can't.

Our company facilitates peer-to-peer lending and we are perhaps the largest in the country. So naturally we handle a large number of transactions on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. This leads to a lot of data being generated. To manage and reconcile this data, we are using Kosh. QuickBooks Online has took a prime spot in maintaining our organisation's Accounting and Financial analysis areas.

1. Tax Calculations: Complex tax calculations and compliance with tax liablity law are hectic at the period end. QBO with its feature of segregating tax component from the total invoice/bill amount have made it easier.

2. Financial Analysis: Any business that thrive to make its existence in the market will need a better analysis team that is driven by the tech analysis. Various Reports in QBO covers wide range of areas in the business that may be Human Resource cost, Product Cost, Financial standings of business period after period have been in the important role in analysis. With ClearBooks the Accounting & Bookkeeping process has become much simpler and chances of errors have reduced significantly. As a small business owner, with ClearBooks installed in my business I can now focus on the core business operations while leaving the accounting function on it. The new platform was difficult to learn. Many of my colleagues were unhappy with the change. When I was finally getting the hang of the new platform, our district switched back to the old one temporarily. One of the biggest headaches with our old system was that a single customer could have only one ship-to address. We do a lot of drop shipments for our dealers and it has been great being able to enter and save multiple ship-to addresses for a single bill-to customer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The mobile app doesn't yet support businesses which have multiple currency transactions. This is something they're aware of and are working on. I've been using this for 9 years, new features are far between. I wish there were more external integrations, as well as a visual editor to produce custom styled invoices. Try it, you'll love it. Even if you're not well versed in accounting, the layout makes for easy management of your business accounting. For more complicated entries, I've simply relied on a quick call to an accounting firm and took care of the entry. So even more complex entries are well handled. Customer support can be difficult to work with, whether it’s their staff not knowing how some features work, providing incorrect responses, or giving canned answers for the wrong issue. I feel like they've improved over the past year, but it’s still a challenge. Bonsai provides a single platform for managing proposals, contracts, and time tracking, all the way through to invoicing. It’s helped my team and me build a structured process for customer engagements and has streamlined everything related to time tracking and billing clients, making the entire workflow more efficient. The only downfall I can think of is if you are unaware of how the system works you can't take full advantage of it. I don't know that this is a Blackline fault, more likely it is a failing of my company for not offering more effective training on the system when someone new starts.
