The best thing about the HROne is its support team. The team is always ready to help whenever we needed. Infact now the chat bot .i.e. AI has been enabled in which we got our answer within 5-10 mins.

What do you like best about Gusto?

REVISION: the software is wonderful and easy. They customer service is terrible if you don't fit right into what they want you to do. If there is a question or problem that isn't on the script you will not get help, no matter how much you escalate or beg for help.

It is so intuitive to use. After using ADP and UKG this is very easy to figure out how to do everything. Our payroll support person was so informative and usedful. The integration was very easy. Our employees are finding it much easier to adjust to as we have implemented the new system. Gusto is the perfect solution for our company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Gusto?

REVISION: The customer service is great, when your problem is on the script. Non-existant if it isn't on the script.

REVISION: They did not care if our payroll was on time or not.

It's been an excellent solution for our growing business that is 100% remote, in which we need to frequently hire, onboard, and and promote team members efficiently.

What stands out the most about Remote is how user-friendly and efficient the platform is. I use Remote daily to track my work hours, breaks, and manage HR and payroll inquiries or to-do lists. As a virtual assistant and technical writer, I rely on Remote for HR updates, payroll inquiries, document access, and time tracking. Switching from our old system has been smooth and easy; there was no need for tutorials, as all you need is to log in, and navigating through different screens and tabs is a breeze. Everything I need is in one place, making the system incredibly convenient. All the information related to HR and payroll is easily accessible. Integrating Remote into our daily workflow has also been seamless—just a few minutes of use per day, and you’re set to focus on your main tasks. The chat support is top-notch—unlike most automated systems, Remote’s support agents are always available to provide specific and helpful responses. The accurate and detailed payslips are another highlight, giving me full transparency on earnings, deductions, and benefits. One example is our current inquiry regarding encashing unused leaves at the end of the year. According to our manager, this is being handled through a contract update, and we’ll receive further information once it’s finalized. What do you like best about RUN Powered by ADP?

ADP is very helpful for me.

I am not a US citizen, so I am totally unfamiliar to US HR practice.

ADP representatives are always with me. They respond to my emails very quickly and sometimes help me process payroll on the phone. Sharing my screen while speaking on the phone with ADP was very easy to understand HR and payroll processes.

The chat feature is also very useful. They respond very quickly at any time.

They are professional, which you can rely on for all HR matters.

What do you dislike about RUN Powered by ADP?

I am a non-resident alien, so I exempt from paying FICA taxes. The ADP does not have the feature for non-resident alien, so first, I struggled to set my payroll deductions. ADP operator helped me exempt from fica by changing some settings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is RUN Powered by ADP solving and how is that benefiting you?

I am unfamiliar to US payroll deduction and UI taxes. I cannot calculate the deductions and pay taxes to IRS or state government by myself.

What do you like best about Justworks?

Justworks has a professional interface and is very easy to navigate and use. They offer a plethora of human resource tools and employment law updates within their platform. One of my favorite features is the electronic timecard integration which stremlines our employee timecard proecesses and shift approvals for payroll processing. Also, their customer support team is excellent! They are responsive and knowledegable. What do you dislike about Justworks?

The only downfall that I have with Justworks is their full-time hours cannot be adjusted to accomodate our 7.5-hour full-time work day. The full-time work day included in Justworks is 8.0 hours. Therefore, we perfom manually adjustments for regular time, extra time, and overtime which is inconveinient. In the legal industry a 7.5-hour workday is common. I have discussed this with Justworks and I hope they are able to find a soultion. When they do, they will definely have a 10 rating from me! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Easy to set up, implement and use for Admins and End Users alike. Staff is responsive and very friendly. The have a lot of easy to find training/reference material for both the Admin and End User. What do you dislike about BambooHR?

Hugh downside for us is that we can not add contracted employees. We are a small company and have 4 contracted employees which do not need to use any of the feature (like requesting time off, payroll, etc.) in BambooHR, therefore it doesn't pay to pay for them to be added to BambooHR. Since their isn't a way to add this type of contractor for free, they do not show on the company dircetory and we have to maintain a seperate company directory.

I also wished we could link the Who's out calendar to our current calendar instead of just adding another calendar in out Outlook. Would also like to see entries in the Who's out calendar show notes from the time off requests, or be able to add notes that are not lost when the calendar refreshes. Right now if an employee takes of half of a, there is no way to note if they are out in the am or pm.

Do not like the asset tracking. I would like to have a main location to add an asset and assign it from there instead of having to recreate the same equipment anytime it is reassigned to someone else. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

When approving time off requests, BambooHR show you who else is schedule off during that time. This helps us manage and maintain adaquate coverage. As a product manager, I recently demonstrated Borderless AI’s Alberni for our HR team on payroll. This is best way, Borderless AI that how pays anake for international teams. One particularly striking aspect of Alberni is its ability to create and process labor contracts that fulfill the legal requirements and decrease hazards. We have largely simplified our processes due to this feature, so that time wasted in HR can now be used efficiently while also minimizing the difficulties involved in global salary payment and adherence. What do you dislike about Borderless AI?

Even though Borderless AI has strong features, it can be a lot for someone who is new to it. A Product Manager by profession, I found myself overwhelmed by the richness of the platform. Our HR team needed time before they could understand all its features – particularly when it comes to legal and compliance issues. Also, although Alberni is revolutionary in its AI technology, we realized that sometimes it needed some human intervention to guarantee perfect document generation. Therefore relying on AI may not sound good since one has to cross-check its outputs during crucial compliance checks, hence making it look like a minus point. What problems is Borderless AI solving and how is that benefiting you?

What I hope Borderless AI to solve for us are the following things as a Product Manager:

1. Payroll and compliance will be easier: With Borderless AI, it will be much easier for us to handle payroll and compliance for our international team and this will also decrease the administrative burden on our HR team.

2. Quick onboarding: The platform will be able to onboard new employees quicker in various countries while making sure that we comply with local regulations.

What do you like best about Warp?

Warp has improved my productivity significantly and made work easy for me in the terminal a more enjoyable experience. It is user friendly and i highly recommend warp to anyone, i recently started using warp and i must commend the seamless effort it has made to make payroll easy. customer support is top notch and the frequency of use for me have being really great. What do you dislike about Warp?

Warp has a paid all round version which has made everything about the platform difficult because you have to pay for almost everything you do on the platform, the ease of implementation is not on a high level. Warp solves many problems with it's speed and performance enhancement mean i can run commands and process outputs quickly, saving valuable time. The intuitive interface and features like auto complete reduce errors and make my workflow smoother. What do you like best about Asanify?

When I mean "the best HRMS," I mean every word. And, there is no exaggeration. I can't even express how easily now I am being able to mark my attendance, access my payslip and other crucial employment contracts and documents. What do you like best about UKG Ready?

I like the layout of UKG. I like that it opens up to my "Employee Home tab" right when I log in, which includes the "clock" that I use often along with the "Links" on the side that makes it easy to navigate without having to click multiple things to get to one place. What problems is UKG Ready solving and how is that benefiting you?

The fact that it opens up with the clock ready is really helpful when I am running late and need to clock in right away. It logs me in automatically so I don't have to take extra time entering my log in details. I can easily just click to log in as soon as the page loads. What do you like best about Patriot Payroll?

I really appreciate their willingness to help and solve issues. It is easy to talk to a person and they stick with you and help you get the issue solved. They are willing to help you learn about their product as well as troubleshoot if you are having issues. It is SO great to talk to a person that I can understand.

I also appreciate that the payroll is easy to use and that Patriot software can handle federal, state, and local payroll tax and automatically complete the fillings. The accounting software offers a great range of reports. I can easily print 1099s and 1096s.
