The thing I appreciate most about LogRocket is its seamless integration into applications. You can begin recording sessions with just a few clicks. One more excellent aspect is the 1,000 sessions given free each month, a substantial amount for smaller apps. What do you dislike about LogRocket?

A possible disadvantage of LogRocket is that the free package, though generous, could prove restrictive as your application grows, as 1,000 sessions may fall short for bigger user populations. Furthermore, if you require additional sessions, the expenses for paid plans can accumulate rapidly. Another small problem is that, depending on how complex the app is, LogRocket may affect performance by adding overhead, especially when capturing extensive user data. ****September 2024 update: NinjaOne has continued to outstrip all expectations. I use it every day and my whole business is essentially centered around it. They are consistently innovative and provide excellent value and powerful tools. When I heard they were making their own remote control tool to replace TeamViewer, I did not expect much of it. Tried it anyway, and I'm totally blown away. Not only does it do everything TeamViewer did for me, it does it better and faster. There were a few growing pains early on, but the Ninja team has stepped up and owned the problems every time. Things are considerably smoother these days. Just how detailed the information on workstations and servers we can get without having to be intrusive with the office and (possibly) interrupt their workflow. Having all the information without needing to log in anywhere makes this EoL search a dream for our techs. The ability to implement the agent via a simple package for deployment is fantastic! Not only the agent but the audit reporting to pull specs without any additional remote logins etc is phenomenal! Providing customer support without having to remote in and use the task manager, CMD, and power shell is a GAME CHANGER! Using this on a daily basis helps with not integrating this with our new clients but also allowing us to use it along site our ticket system for asset tracking makes everything easy! At one point, giving access to customers to our technicians need to do find the "one specific" new customer in atera was rather cumbersome at times but now with the new update we can just give our technicians access to ALL customers as needed without additional clicks! Asset tracking! wanting to know if a PC or server is EoL or nearing used to take a lot of time, we needed to log in invidivually to each PC was not only time consuming but also tedious. What do you dislike about Freshservice?

The reporting features are not well developed. There are a lot of basic reports that we use to run from our previous help desk system that we are unable to do within FreshService. E.g. report against a contract number to see the associated/linked assets. In some ways, the reporting is overcomplicated.

Asset discovery/management. By using the Discovery Probe we can now ensure we haven't missed any devices when manually importing them into FreshService. What do you like best about Helpdesk 365?

I do enjoy the fact that this tool helps our IT Team collect tickets from our employees and we are instantly notified to resolve their concerns, there are lots of features from escalation, consult, the modification of assigning ticket status, often times we are waiting for "3rd Party Resolution" or "Hardware Delivery" which helps put into perspective for our employees to know the status of their concern.

One major PRO about Helpdesk is the fact that if you are using Helpdesk 365 and Asset Manager, you will be happy to know if an employee sends a ticket regarding their computer/laptop you can then update it in the ticket which will reflect in Asset Manager as well. What do you dislike about Helpdesk 365?

I do not enjoy the fact that often times I am having to refresh the web page to do simple things such as, assign ticket to myself, then update its status, then refresh the page, then add a note, then refresh, then add a private note, then refresh, and if needed then escalate, then refresh.

this issue happens not only on Helpdesk 365, but on Asset Manager as well, and I'm assuming it goes across the board.

Not a big issue, its easy to get used to after a few times with the F5 key (your new best friend)

What do you like best about ManageEngine Endpoint Central?

With so many features its hard to say what I like best. However if I had to say something I guess it would be the interface and the fact that all the features are in one area. The fact that you can control every aspect of a computer is awesome. I started with anothewr company recently and have another program whos name I wont mention. However I can't wait to our contract ends which is soon so I can purchase the full version and really get all the great features. I've used Endpoint Central in another company and it just works. The added benifit of all the avilable plugins and usecase the cover all aspect of the service management without even needing much customization is awsome.

Supports all the software development lifecycle including agile. So much avilabity of spokes to connect with many third party APIs makes it a complete package.

And the best thing is licensing. You dont need to buy all at once. Even for all the stakeholdes who done thave technical knowlege they can guide around and see the KPIs in a accessible dashboards and reports in timely manner.

Everything is automated, everything is user friendly and the setup of dashboards and the alerts we receive is so consistent and did not have any issues with sematext.

We would love to continue with Sematext and will be using Sematext in the future.

The monitoring part is so unique and good. Many of our clients love the feature which Sematext is giving to us.

The Sematext Synthetics feature is amazing as it automatically checks the health checks.

The metrics and Dashboard creation are quite good, and you also get an option to view the status dashboard via the custom domain. which is very unique and impressive as they are giving at such a nominal price.

You also have a feature as bulk upload, where if you have many workloads to monitor you can do it seamlessly rather than doing it manually.

What do you like best about FusionReactor APM?

We are running ColdFusion application in a containerized cloud-environment. Containers are sometimes short-living. FR Cloud is the place, where we find diagnostic data and insights into failures.

What we like most, is the ability to dive deep into the request and even see the template and line number of a CFML file, where the issue occured.

Apart from that, FR helps us to "right-size" our infrastructure components and monitor the effects of our modifications.

The installation is quite easy and configuration with config files goes straight forward.

We are able to give access to our customer's IT, so that they can monitor independently on a daily basis, without the need of having dedicated access into our SaaS setup. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FusionReactor APM?

nothing ;-)

one thing to improve: documentation of the config file. We were configuring via the Admin UI on a local instance and then took the config file for our Docker deployment. But with a full documentation, that step would become easier.

an idea for improvement: if we could integrate FR with AWS XRay, as we are using an event-driven architecture - this would give us a perfect insight into our system behaviour. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Lumigo?

Lumigo is good in several aspects. it is easy to use when it comes to user interaction with the dashboard and also easy to implement since it has straightforward integration with the AWS account and selecting the resources to be monitored through the lumigo dashboard.

It facilitates with number of features like configuring alert frequency, monitoring infrastructure, execution time monitoring, and customizable UI.

It is easy to integrate with third-party tools like Slack, and Gmail for notifications.

they also have very flexible customer support, Whenever we have new challenges they'll engineer the solution for us and for every new set of feature releases they'll schedule a call with us for a walkthrough of new features explaining what and how will it be useful for us. What do you dislike about Lumigo?

right now it is challenging to disable or exit from lumigo once the AWS account is integrated. for that action, we need to raise a customer support request which becomes a tedious task for a developer. Self disabling/exiting option would greatly enhance the overall experience with Lumigo. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Lumigo solving and how is that benefiting you?

we have a number of serverless applications deployed on AWS, it's challenging to manually go through logs to get insights like execution time, errors, performance, etc. through cloud watch logs, with lumigo all these challenging tasks become super easy. Letting us focus more on development rather than monitoring. with the insights we get through the Lumigo dashboard, it becomes easy for us to clearly identify bugs, a lambda that is consuming more time, etc. and we can work on fixing those bugs or optimizing and reducing operational costs.

configuring alert notifications helps us quickly focus on issues and thereby helps us maintain the quality/accuracy of the application.

Lumigo also gives us insights on which endpoint or basically which lambda is triggered more, this gives us an idea of what features of our business application are being used more by end-users and we can work on improving the performance and quality of that feature more.
