Absolutely the biggest gripe is how Connecteam advertises a QuickBooks integration to export timesheets. This is inaccurate as you can only export regular hours. You cannot export PTO or OT from Connecteam to QBO......major bummer.

The ability to customize the home page or "Feed" page would be nice. The default shortcuts aren't always what's most frequently used by users.

There are things that I wish click time had but, I have come to realized that they do already exist in click time except our organization hasn't enabled them yet. For example I currently only see the time of people that are my direct reports. However, I have people across the organization that are impacting my budget and I have no way of knowing how much time they are applying to my budget. I have talked to our finance team though and learned that this is possible. But, they are worried about adding any other friction that might slow down the running of payroll. There are no specific points to dislike about Keka however the response from the customer support team sometimes takes longer. The process flow is lengthier and it consumes more time to read the entire module to understand the process. Keka helps to resolve the manual calculations that are involved in payroll processing. It helps to circulate Form 16 easily to all the employees. It helps to calculate the income tax and document collection in one place. The leave and attendance management module makes it easier to track the employees attendance and penalize them whenever required. Keka is very useful for performance management and to implement the OKR module to track the performance of the resources. It helps in terms of goal setting, performance evaluation, and feedback sessions, which motivates employee engagement and growth. I am a non-resident alien, so I exempt from paying FICA taxes. The ADP does not have the feature for non-resident alien, so first, I struggled to set my payroll deductions. ADP operator helped me exempt from fica by changing some settings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I am unfamiliar to US payroll deduction and UI taxes. I cannot calculate the deductions and pay taxes to IRS or state government by myself.

The only downfall that I have with Justworks is their full-time hours cannot be adjusted to accomodate our 7.5-hour full-time work day. The full-time work day included in Justworks is 8.0 hours. Therefore, we perfom manually adjustments for regular time, extra time, and overtime which is inconveinient. In the legal industry a 7.5-hour workday is common. Not much to dislike - unless you want a complex solution to solve a simple issue (as I have seen on D365 or Salesforce). Timely is continuously improving and many suggestions have been made available. Personally I do not have errors with the Memory app and I think the 'AI' does its best to guess - with as few data as possible (GDPR) where to place my drafts. As a consultant, by the end of the week, I used to "miss" or have "lost" time used on customers to invoice. With Timely this seldom happens. The activities (or memories as called in Timely) captured can be easily associated to a project.

As a team member, you get constantly interrupted by colleagues from the local or foreign offices, now I can see in Timely the time used for that.
