What do you like best about Whova?

Before attending a conference called "A home for Everyone" last year, I was informed that they were using a new app called “Whova”. I was initially concerned as am not technology savvy, and this was the platform they were using. There would be no agendas or handouts printed at the conference, I am used to bringing back lots of resources to save in my binders for reference. Panic was already setting in before I even got there. Much to my surprise, the days of the conference went much smoother than I expected. the ease of implimentating this app was easier than I first thought. I was able to see all the attendees and the contact information they provided, I could see all the presentations and handouts that they would be providing at the sessions, I could prepare my questions that the presentation did not tell me ahead of the actual presentation. I felt empowered with the options that were available to me. While I was not able to learn everything before the conference, I was able to look at it the additional options before this year’s conference and must admit it allows me to take additional notes on this app during the presentation right on my phone, tablet, or computer.

When talking with the presenters of the conference, that advised me of the abilities that this app has far outweighs the competitors. This app allows me to engage in discussion with the presenters, set up meet-up meetings to engage in networking discussions with peers from different parts of the world, talk about trends, and discuss solutions other have used and what worker and did not work so well for them. This is not just a local app, but worldwide option. The possibilities are endless. I also appreciate the feedback from the company asking what worked, what was missing, what other options would benefit me and my company. What do you dislike about Whova?

I have not been able to find any downsides to this app as of the moment. I will follow-up with you as I continue to use this app. Thank you for your follow-up.

I will tell you I really enjoyed the option to add a poll, although would have liked an options to be other, and allow others to fill in, and not just provide 4-5 options. What do you like best about vFairs?

We were late to the game signing up vFairs but they jumped right in and helped through every step of the way. Day and Night. The apps were amazing and letting us configure to our wishes was fantastic. Hamda and Candice were very helpful and was willing to do most anything we asked.

Lastly the 2 days of our show we had Roger as our on site rep. He was outstanding helping out, showing us the ins and outs of the ipads and always had a smile on his face.

What do you like best about MaintainX?

MaintainX is great for a lot of reasons that make my job easier. The work order, asset, and procedure management allows my team to do 5 times the work because we are organized. Maybe the best "feature" is the customer service and development team. They are constantly updating the software to make it better for the user. Everytime I notice a feature that could be improved, it seems to get improved with the new update almost everytime. Also, every person I speak with is extremely nice and helpful. What do you like best about Swoogo?

After using Swoogo for 6.5 years, I have come to value this platform as one of the key aspects in the success of our events. I create registration sites for 30-40 events annually and spend most of my day in the Swoogo platform. The platform is exceptionally intuitive for event the most basic user. I love that anyone can use it, but you can truly make the pages your own. The cutom reporting, the various website templates, and the ability to add many external features make Swoogo a fantastic platform. My favorite thing about Swoogo is the individualized support that they provide to customers. I have never waited long for an answer and even when we had a complex situation arise, the Swoogo team kept us updated and outlined exactly what occurred so we could eliminate any future issues. The Swoogo team truly takes feedback of their customers into account and is constantly rolling out new features that users suggest. What do you like best about RegFox?

RegFox has great functionality for registration and pre-sale items. Easy to use and set up without any knowledge of coding. We use RegFox because we could not find another product that would give us these attributes. Ease of use for refunds, adjustments and reports is also a benefit. App for on-site check-in is useful. RegFox recently updated their payment platform and had phenominal communication with users to prepare them and help throught the changeover. Unfortunately, this platform didin't use to offer phone support. However, you can now schedule a call for phone support, a great update and improvement based on user feedback. We needed an online registration platform for our not-for-profit events that allowed for merchandise sales at registration as well as easy reporting for multiple users. Ideally, we were looking for a registration platform that didn't require a user to create an account or click through multiple screens. In essence, we needed something user-friendly. What problems is AkitaBox solving and how is that benefiting you?

When personnel takes care of requests it is good. The platform is very specific and thorough in the information it asks for in order for the task to be tended to and taken care. However, though I have not tried to see, does Akita Box have an app? If there is an issue, we usually scan the QR code and input the information. However, sometimes, an issue arises where persons may not be close to a QR code to input information that is needed. Also, when a person veers off the site to maybe answer their phone, when returning back to the sight, the information that was input is now gone and it is hard to retrieve. What do you like best about TicketSpice?

TicketSpice's support team is incredible. They are highly responsive and provide rapid, detailed, and helpful solutions to problems.

I like the variety and extent of reports that I can generate based on the information I need at any given time.

What do you dislike about TicketSpice?

Their updated interface is clunky and difficult to navigate. I always switch to the old view when I have the option, as I can't find what I'm looking for with their updated look, and the old view has everything together in one place, which is the most helpful for what I need to do.

The TicketSpice search feature is very inconvenient; whenever I search for a name and click on it, I can't then return to the result page to look through the other results, I instead have to conduct the search again from scratch because the "back" arrow doesn't take me to my search results page. This seems like it should be a simple fix—allowing users to return to their search results page after viewing one of the results.

The TicketSpice ticket scanning app is very unreliable in how it communicates data with TicketSpice. We get so many inconsistencies during our events, such as people showing up as no-shows when we actually did scan their tickets; people's tickets not showing up in the app when the website shows the record that they did purchase a ticket—and so having to hold people at check-in for longer than we should so we can verify that they do indeed have a ticket; people's tickets showing up multiple times, giving us an inaccurate headcount; and other similar frustrating glitches. This really becomes apparent when I generate reports after the event and recognize names that I know were in attendance and were scanned showing in the report as "not scanned". After using the TicketSpice app for 4-5 years now at multiple events, I would have hoped to see improvement in these areas. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

TicketSpice allows me to access all the data I need on our customers so I can answer their questions, address their concerns, and make changes to their orders. It allows our company to keep track of ticket sales as they happen and compare them to previous years. It gives us the flexiblity to generate our own event codes for sponsors. Limble is helping us solve several problems. Our Preventative Maintenance (PM) program never got off the ground due to issues with ManagerPlus, but Limble has made it possible to finally get that in place. It's also addressing our inventory issues and providing the accurate reporting that we were lacking before. These improvements have made our operations more efficient and streamlined. What do you like best about EventCreate?

EventCreate is simple for anyone with basic computer skills to use and rapidly deploy a highly effective website. We were thrilled with the tools and the ability to integrate photos quickly and effectively into the product.

We received positive feedback from our prospective audience and were elated at the relatively low cost and ease of implementation. We plan to use this product frequently for all of our fundraising events.

What do you dislike about EventCreate?

While we believe that the Pro package is an excellent deal for our application, we felt like the real cost of the product is not transparent until some commitment is already made by the user. We initially misunderstood what was available through the free version, and some customers might be put off by this ambiguity.

This product enabled our non-profit to quickly build websites for events that included the ability to register and purchase tickets online. What do you like best about Ticket Tailor?

This was our first time using online ticketing. I searched through various ticketing platforms, some with ridiculous fees, and found TicketTailor, which had the lowest fees.

It was a breeze to use. It was easy to set up, worked like a charm, and everything went smoothly.

What do you like best about AllEvents?

What I like best about AllEvents, is the personal Website feature. Due to All events, I was able to create my own website where I can display my events. I also enjoy the seamless payment feature, where as soon as a Customer books or buys a ticket to your event, payment is processed straight through stripe and into your account in minutes. What do you dislike about AllEvents?

So far, I am bit disappointed by their paid promotion. I have purchased the basic promotion for my Tarot and Astrology Event, where I can get some 1:1 bookings. I prolonged it for two months, so I am waiting and being patient. However, It has been two weeks and still not one booking. I know my prices are not expensive, compared to market. I cannot grow without marketing, so I am a bit disappointed so far, simply because they were very positive about ticket sales and their promo system and how well results were received by customers.

I Love the mulitple different catagories that it offers for breakdown. It is so easy to use and navigate! Phasing it into our site has also been quite the easy thing to do aswell! We love the customer support people, they are highly responsive whenever we have issues. The system we have gets used every day, multiple times a day.
