I wish they had predictive sending in Campaigns, not just automation. I want to be able to send single emails easily with predictive send, or at least use "contacts time zone", you have to chose a specific time. Sometimes the email building feature is a little hard to navigate. I think they are improving the segmentation, but that also is sometimes hard to understand. We used to get free consultations twice a year with an Activecampaign team member to help us with questions and if we can improve anything, but now that has been revoked. Speed of locating assets, ability to preview almost any file type without having to have dedicated software native on a local machine, there is even web-based editing software. Organization of assets. AI generated Keyword population. Lower interaction between departments for content as team members get used to looking on the DAM (PIC.IO) first and just doing a quick query before sending an email or making a phone call as they have the same access as we do for finding such an asset.
