For my personal blog, I find WordPress the best CMS. Adding ecommerce feature takes a few clicks with activating WooCommerce plugin. For accepting payments, it takes few more clicks to connect with your PayPal/Stripe/PhonePe accounts. So as a web developer, I single-handedly use WordPress for my own needs while also recommending to my friends, relatives, and cients. When I have additional time, I customize front-end using my knowledge in HTMl/CSS/JavaScript. Or start working on adding functional features honing my PHP skill that can be later even distributed as free plugin to all WordPress users through WordPress.org plugin repository. I think the only downside is some of the widgets are just very limited. The one example I can think of right now is the hero carousel. Speed of locating assets, ability to preview almost any file type without having to have dedicated software native on a local machine, there is even web-based editing software. My experience using Titan CMS has been overwhelmingly positive, and the team is always working on enhancements and new features.
