What do you like best about Google Meet?

Google Meet is the best and easiest platform for any enterprise having regular meetings and calls with clients to present things and discuss any topic with a large number of people to join.

Google meet is one of the first platform come to our use when after covid used for video conferencing in office and till now its in use for meetings, wonderful platform, very easy to use, already using gsuit tools for business and started using this.

best and mose easy to use among all related platform available in market. the best thing is major employee works from field and less educated , they are andorid user, so for that it is best, they dont have to setup anything else, they can easily join from there android device, without hustel. we tried some other tools as well for some short time, but that created lot of difficuties specifically for the field team who are not able to set up on new platforms and facing lot of issues. What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?

It's easy to use, and allows multiple users to join and add their own meetings. I like that you can control users who join, and allow them to speak or not, or show their cameras or not. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?

Sometimes, you are not able to see recurring meetings on the desktop, or if they are on the desktop version, they are not on the online version. Also, sometimes, we don't get sound recorded even though it says "recording in progress."

I would like a system that moves our camera system when someone is speaking to automatically show the speaker instead of having one of our team members do this manually. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our county is very spread out demographically. This allows us to feel like we are all in one room, instead of wasting almost 2 hours of travel time to get to and from different areas for meetings. It also allows us the ability to stream our public meetings so that our community members are able to watch live governmental meetings, or if they are not able to attend in person, they can then watch the recording that we've downloaded from Zoom and upload to our YouTube site. What do you like best about Microsoft Teams?

We are able to not only record but get the transcript of the entire meeting so at the end of the meeting we have a ready made meeting notes.

It is pretty secure because before recording we get a popup asking / informing all participants that this is now being recorded and if there are confidential information that is not supposed to be recorded we get this reminder.

And finally i can put the existing call on hold and jump on to another meeting based on the need and it shows in my first meeting that i have put it on hold and the particpants know that i am not in it

I can join directly from my outlook calendar or from browser so no need to install teams app always.

I almost use teams multiple time in a day and have not found issues, even when network drops it puts the call oh hold and automatically re connects me to the call as soon as network is established.

Because of the ease with which i have been using this application for past 3 to 4 years i never had to reach out to customer suppor even once ! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Teams?

I work with my vendors and they have a different ID, and gave me their ID and i have my office ID, I can seamlessly switch between profiles BUT when i am on a meeting in one profile it does not show in my other profile as "On call" so people dail me directly, we should be able to show same atatus across profiles when logged on Same system

Currently as per my organinzations settings or subscription we are not able to call people on their mobile (call cell number) directly from teams, but i guess this is a feature we need to subscribe or enable Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Skype?

Skype is a great platform that we use in our office to connect with our clients. And since we use it daily, it's easier to integrate to share photos & screenshots and schedule meetings, and even the new feature to chat with yourself makes it easy to remember things and keep minutes of meetings (MOM) ready.

Earlier connecting with cooleagues was difficult but now with SKYPE everything is easy and sorted. What do you like best about Slack?

Overall, I really enjoy the fact that Slack makes instant communication easy. The platform itself is great, and in my oppion far better than teams. In my last role we used Microsoft teams, and I was so excited to move back to Slack when I joined my current company. The platform itself has a much better user experience. There are alot of customizations that you can make from a notification standpoint which is great. However, I wish Slack had a section within the platform that easily showed the user how they can edit and customize their notification settings for a better experience. What do you like best about Nextiva?

Pretty much nothing they offer is best in class. So if I had to pick one thing that I "like best", it would be that it technically qualifies as a phone service as I'm able to make and receive phone calls. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nextiva?

Pretty much every aspect of this phone service is second rate; the mobile app gets a C-; the online admin portal gets a C; it is difficult to manage callflows and voicemails. Desktop app gets an F as it does not make managing any aspect of my experience better. Does not meet any of the things you might expect from a modern, software-first VOIP system. Difficult to use. What do you like best about OpenPhone?

Everyone has been extremely helpful. We are still having issues getting our pnone numbers ported, but that seems to be more of an issue with our current carrier rather than Openphone. We are looking forward to the freedom to move away from our desks and not miss a business call. We are also looking forward to being able to text our suppliers and clients. It has been difficult to talk to service on the phone. Everything gets handles through email. Sometimes the written word gets misinterpreted and I think this may have led to our delay in fully implementing Openphone in our business structure. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Our clients are constantly asking to text us. Some people in our office have accomodated them by providing their personal cell phone numbers. As a business owner, this makes me uncomfortable. I want them to be able to enjoy their time away from the office and not every client is reasonable and understands this. What do you dislike about Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CallManager)?

The system is incredibly complex, UIs are almost intentionally hard to understand and are almost never updated. Everything looks like it was built in the 90s because it probably was. Getting service and support on anything in the system is just as painful as getting support from Cisco on anything else.

They make you jump through hoop after hoop regarding service agreements, licensing, user assignments and access. You'd think you were trying to break into Fort Knox every time you need help with something. This also seems intentional, you don't have to pay your support team as much when customers will just give up and workaround the problem rather than try to get help from you. While the system’s UI looks nice, it’s overshadowed by the frustrating bugs. If Sessions.us could address these issues promptly, it would be a great platform. Unfortunately, our experience has left us deeply dissatisfied1. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sessions?

Our experience with Sessions.us has been deeply disappointing. Despite some positive aspects, the product’s numerous bugs and lack of responsiveness have significantly impacted our operations.

Bugs: The product is plagued with bugs and according to their replies, they know about it. For instance, changes made while editing meeting agendas were not saved. Additionally, using custom SMTP to send event emails from our address was ineffective. Every response from support was "We are aware of this issue and working on fixing it as soon as possible."

The damaging event: During our third event, attendees and even speakers faced insurmountable issues. Despite registering, they couldn’t join the session, we had to send them a link to Teams. This not only disrupted our event but also damaged our reputation.

Silence from Sessions: We reported these critical issues to Sessions two weeks ago, but they did not respond. We even escalated to the CEO, yet still no reply. According to their product information, they should respond within 48 hours, which clearly didn’t happen. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

With 3cx i can make both external and internal calls using a VOIP or headphones attached on my PC.From its management dashboards,i can create the internal numbers and be able to send welcome mails to make installation for clients easier.The program is automatically launched during Windows startup and stays minimized in the task bar.The options of having call recording and being able to go back for quality control or customer issues is worthy having this system.It makes everything simple and effective as it allows me to be able to make changes to call forwarding or be able to block off holidays instead having to call any change in. What do you dislike about Crewdle?

“Simple transition and great service”
What do you like best about NUACOM?

The admin screen - we are able to review calls and customise this to our own needs which will massivley help us with our reports. The wallboard feature is great addition to the service provided by NUACOM. Being able to see a live dashboard of agents and incoming calls is a great feature to have.

The SoftPhone has the option to be made unavaliable for inbound calls.

The feature on the softphone will really help us improve the way we handle calls.

The implementation of the phone system was quick and easy. Great level of support from Heather and the team was greatly appreciated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NUACOM?

The only thing which would be a good edition to the NUACOM phone system would be to have other options on the softphone.

Example, have an option for "Lunch" so on the dashboard, this is reflected.

Also, when avaliable, the user shows as green. But busy shows as offline (in its own way) when busy is selected. it could be shown as red to show that the application is open, but they are anavliable to take calls.

NUACOM is benefiting us with the feature its provides. Being able to track calls and the queues they are from.
